Our Goal Is to Treat Each Patient Like They Are Family
I joined the Comfort Dental staff in 2009. I work closely with our TMJ and Headache patients. I like to welcome all of our patients with a warm smile and comforting bed side manner. In my spare time I spend time with my husband and children. I look forward to coming to work each and every day because I get to see the end result of what braces and cosmetic work can do to improve a person’s smile and life. I also enjoy seeing patients recover from chronic migraine and head pain problems, especially the ones who have been suffering for decades and could not find a solution to their problem . It is truly amazing to see what we can do for some of our patients and how we can change their lives for the better. My work inspires me!
I joined the Comfort Dental team in 1994 when it first opened. I have enjoyed watching us grow from a small office into one of the premiere dental offices in the Metro Detroit area. I work with our doctors to help provide the best possible care available. In 20 years I have never seen our doctors provide less than optimal care for our patients and it makes me feel good about my work. I assist in all procedures and lend a warm and caring hand to all of our patients, especially the ones who are afraid of the dentist. Our patients quickly realize how easy it is to get dental care once they find out how skilled our doctors are. In my spare time, I spent time with my husband and my family. I also love to cook and go to church on Sundays.
Sherry joined our team in 2013. She is our Denture Specialist. Sherry makes most of the dentures right here in our office! This saves our patients a lot of time and insures that they are completely delighted with the results.
Sherry graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting and Dental Technology with High Honors from the school of Allied Health and Ferris State University.
Later, she opened her own laboratory and dental system library, Diversified Dental Services, inc., which also provides implant and attachment education to the area dentists. At one time Sherry’s lab serviced a paleontology group, restoring dentition on their findings, therefore she has her dental work in museums all over the world! Sherry wrote a technique manual which was purchased by a large dental supply company.
Sherry taught to graduate prosthodontic instructors at many of the prominent dental schools and at many dental conventions across North America.
Now she finds the most exciting and most satisfying work is right here at Comfort Dental.
Sherry loves to work directly in the office so she can see the results with our patients. The more difficult the case or complex the problem, the more excited she is to take on the challenge. Sherry loves to make patients smile.
Sherry has 2 teenage children. She enjoys boating, painting and beading.
